Need Immigration Legal Services for a Detained Individual?

To obtain a free intake consultation [for detained individuals in ICE custody only] please call 317-426-0617 between 12pm and 5pm EST. If we are not able to answer, please leave a message with the (1) name of the individual who is detained, (2) their country of origin, and their (3) date of birth. We endeavor to respond to messages within two business days based on staff capacity. We are a small team so thank you in advance for your patience!

Please note that we do not have capacity to return calls for individuals requesting representation for non-detained cases, even if you were previously detained but are now released. If you are looking for low-cost immigration legal representation for a non-detained case before the Immigration Court or for help filing an affirmative application, we recommend you review the directory of local immigration legal services created by the Indianapolis Immigrant Welcoming Center.

If you are looking for representation but live outside Indiana, we recommend you input your zipcode in the Immigration Advocates Network to find a local legal service provider who may be able to assist you.
